Canada
Canada as a Global Education, Career & Migration Destination
Based on the US News 2024 report, Canada ranks among the best countries to: Live #4, Study #4, Start a Career #6, Job Market Stability #2 , Health Care #4, Retirement #6, Raise a Child #6, Racial Equity #5.
Canada is the world’s 2nd biggest country and among the 10 biggest economies with only 41 million aging population, which created gaps / shortages in various occupations. Because of this, Canada is invariably open for new immigrants. Workers and students as reflected in its immigration level plans. In addition to lots career opportunities, Canada is multicultural and offers safe & welcoming environment as well as attractive social support and security benefits.
Canada is transforming its immigration landscape by aligning immigration policies with its economic priorities, while addressing the temporary housing & health care crisis. This has resulted to reduced immigration targets, cap on students / workers and more selective, restrictive and tightened immigration regulations.
For 2025 to 2027, Canada is targeting 1.14 million new immigrants (more than 60% belongs to the Economic Class, wherein Skilled Professionals / Workers and Students are included) and 917,000 students / 806,150 temporary workers. These are still big numbers compared to other countries and Canada remains to be a dreamed destination for Skilled Professionals / Workers, New & Recent Graduates, Students, Families and Business People.
With the implementation of tightened regulations however, securing visa approvals became more challenging. High visa refusal rates are recorded particularly for TRV applications which are not aligned with Canada’s immigration priorities and/or do not meet the strict requirements set out under the new rules.
While multiple Visas & Immigration pathways are open in Canada, we focus our service offerings on those which are included with their immigration priorities that suit and best work for Philippine applicants (and other similarly situated nationalities) and thus, will give them the best chances for success.
